A new home for The Transparent Breath

Now in its fourth edition, The Transparent Breath, the international exhibition dedicated to contemporary glass jewelry, proudly announces a new collaboration with Libreria Giovanni by Edizioni Tlon, curators of the prestigious Querini Stampalia Foundation’s bookshop. This partnership allows the exhibition to be presented in the evocative Sala Wonder Q at the Foundation, a cultural landmark in Venice’s historic center.

Organized by the Cultural Association Arte Design Venezia in collaboration with curator Eleonora Varotto | HOOROON, the 2025 edition features over 50 works by 21 international artists, exploring the sculptural and expressive possibilities of glass within contemporary jewelry. The official presentation will take place on Saturday, September 13th at 4:30 PM, with many participating artists in attendance. A public guided tour is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17th. This new venue enhances the exhibition’s visibility and prestige, reinforcing its role in Venice’s dynamic cultural calendar and enriching its dialogue between contemporary art and historic architecture.

We are proud to present The Transparent Breath in such a historically and architecturally significant space. Sala Wonder Q provides the ideal environment to showcase these extraordinary pieces, creating a dialogue between contemporary glass jewelry and centuries of artistic heritage,” – says curator Eleonora Varotto.
