ARCHIbusiness,  an exhibition focused on architecture for business, centers its specific interest on the wellbeing and comfortability of the individual in the space.

We will discover how furnishings can help workers to share ideas and projects. We will deduct what are the intentions of designers and clients in selecting materials and technologies as a starting point for the Agenda 2023 goals, which brings buildings and interiors towards greener choices. Photo shoots, studies and digital reproductions such as renderings will allow us to enter environments studied to meet ergonomics needs.

The selected studies want to put emphasis on the executive’s creative genius and their knowledge on the new paths to undertake for an eco-sustainable and collectively accessible architecture.

Four exhibitions will take place in the Magazzino Gallery of Palazzo Contarini Polignac for the entire duration of the Biennale: architecture for community, architecture for business, architecture for hospitality and the importance of the detail in interior design, the latter coinciding with Venice Design Week in October.

In each exhibition 25 projects, selected by the Venice Design Week commission, will be displayed. The selection was based on their pertinence to the theme of the exhibition. There were no fixed geographical restrictions, hence hosting creations from all over the world: workplaces indeed represent the company’s identity, and the workers interacting in these structures tend to identify with the company’s values. The selection is limited in time, choosing architectures realized in recent years or still in the process of being build.

Opening: June 29 at 18.30h
